I've placed an order and I don’t have a tracking number. How do I get one?

The deadline of each order may vary depending on the delivery location and availability of stock of the chosen product.

Once your purchase is confirmed, we begin preparing your order. In some cases, there are items that are already ready and this process is even faster. But, in many cases, they are specially manufactured products based on your choice.

When your order is ready, it is transported to our Distribution Center, where it goes through the Quality Control Sector, packaged and issue your invoice.

Then, your order can be picked up by Fedex and the tracking number will be sent the moment the carrier collects your product.

If you haven't received your order yet, it's certainly in one of these stages and has been carefully prepared for you.

We understand that this is a special moment and we want it to be perfect! Our shipment takes 2 to 3 weeks to deliver your product.

What pieces are included in my product?

It is very important to check the description of our products on the website, as they all have the “SPECIFICATIONS” part, where it is possible to identify all the pieces that are included in that Set and their measurements.

Can I customize and make changes to my product?

Our exclusive products are designed and created by teams specializing in baby and children's rooms. Therefore, we are not able to change prints, colors, sizes, or add or reduce pieces. They will always be sent as described on the page.

Returns / Refund Policy

Everything we make comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. From the day you receive your Grão de Gente item, you have the next 30 days to test it, roll with it, and make sure it’s a great fit for your family. We are confident that you'll love what you order, but if for whatever reason it doesn't work for you, you can return it to us.

- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item that didn't fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

To request a return, please email us at contact@graodegente.com with a picture of your order. Our team will quickly work to explain the return process and schedule your refund.

How to cancel my order? If your order has not been delivered:

Request cancellation via contact@graodegente.com. We will cancel the shipment of the purchased product and request a refund of the amount paid.

If the Carrier attempts delivery of your item, it is necessary that you not accept it.

If your order has been delivered:

You will have 30 (thirty) calendar days, after receiving your product, to request the cancellation and return of the item.

What is the refund deadline for my order?

Credit Card Payments: If you paid for your purchase using a credit card, the amount paid will be returned to your card within one or two subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used.

Amazon Pay Payments: If you paid for your purchase using Amazon Pay, the amount paid will be returned in 3 business days.

Can I request that my order be advanced?

We are always dedicated to making deliveries as quickly as possible, before the deadline. However, we do not work with advance delivery.

When your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registration email so you can track the delivery to your home.
