Shipping Methods and Rates:
Our standard shipping rate is based on the total weight of your order and the shipping address. You can see the shipping options and rates during checkout.


Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 (excluding tax and any other fees). However, cribs are not eligible for free shipping, except during special promotional periods. Please note that our free shipping offer is only available for orders shipped within the United States.


Shipping Times: 
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our products are handcrafted in Brazil and then shipped to the customer, while others are already crafted and stored in our US-based facility.

For our in-stock items, we will ship the product within 1 business day of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping address, but most customers can expect to receive their items within 3-5 business days.

For our made-to-order items, please note that these are products that are handcrafted with care in Brazil after your order is placed, before being shipped to the customer. As a result, they have a shipment time of 4-6 weeks.

We appreciate your patience as we ensure that these items are crafted with the highest quality standards and delivered to you in excellent condition.


International Shipping:
At this time, we offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. We are continuously working to enhance our shipping capabilities and may expand to more regions in the future.

 

Are deliveries during weekends and holidays?


We will deliver your order from Monday to Friday, during business hours, from 8am to 6pm.

In addition to being able to track the delivery of your order directly on our website, you will receive an email confirming that your purchase has been sent with the tracking access link, to track the delivery of the items you have purchased. Remember that anyone can receive your product, as long as authorized by you and at the registered address.


How do I simulate the freight amount to be paid?


On the desired product page and then click on “BUY”. You will be directed to the shopping cart. There, just put your zip code and that's it: the value appears. It is worth remembering that the value of the freight also varies according to the products added to the cart, whenever adding a new item, simulate the combined freight again?


How to track my order?


Simple! After sending the order, we will send you a link to monitor the delivery. By accessing this link, you will be able to follow the entire delivery route to your address.

That same tracking link will be available on our website as well. When you are logged in click on "My Orders" on the top bar. Choose the desired order and click "see details".

Ready! The carrier's tracking page is open and you can track the progress of your delivery. :)


Can I change the delivery address?


Before finalizing your order, you can change the delivery address by clicking on "My Registration".

It is important to register an address where someone is available to receive the order during business hours, as it is not possible to change the address after completing the purchase.

Always review the shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Ok? ;)


What happens if there is no one to receive my delivery?


It is essential that you guide a person to receive your order at the place of delivery, as we will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts. In case of absence or any impossibility of delivery, your order will be returned to our Distribution Center and may be canceled automatically.

Remembering that you can track your order by accessing your registration and clicking on "My Orders". Tracking will be available within 48 hours of submission.


Can I request mailbox delivery?


For contractual reasons, orders cannot be finalized with delivery to post offices. We work with several partner carriers to ensure the completion of your delivery quickly and safely at your registration address.

If our partner encounters difficulties in delivery, we will provide all necessary support until your confirmation of receipt.
